APPLICANT AGREEMENT

I certify that all the information given by me on the HMR Inc Registration Questionnaire is true and correct.  I agree to not contact any prospective employers that have been introduced to me by HMR without advising HMR of any and all communication written or oral.  Once the first introduction has been made, I agree to keep HMR informed on any on-going talks and/or negotiations about the position or any other position within that company, now or in the future.  If I decide to withdraw my candidacy for employment for any reason after being introduced by HMR to any prospective employer, I promise to notify HMR immediately.

I agree to provide HMR Inc with my up to date professional employment documents and I will be doing so in order to that I  explore other hospitality opportunities available to me.  HMR Inc has not solicited, encouraged or influenced me in any way whatsoever to leave my present employer or position. Information Required By HMR

I authorize HMR Inc and its officers, employees, Independent Contractors, associated recruiters, to share with each other, any and all information that I have provided to HMR Inc.

I understand that HMR will not release my employment documents to any prospective employer without my approval.
