resumes. An employer incurs no expenses unless the placement
happens. Fees are incurred only if you hire the opportunity
seeker we presented.
HMR’s placement fees are only 10 percent.
Most national recruiting firms charge 30 percent of the
first year’s salary! HMR’s fees are considerably less. |

The employer only
pays when a successful search and placement occurs. Upon
acceptance of an offer by a candidate and after beginning
work, an invoice is generated and sent to the client company
with payment terms net 45 days of the new hire’s first day
of work.
